DIGITEXMedical was incorporated in December, 1995 with its head office in New Delhi, India. As the Indian market opened up its doors to liberalization in 1995, DIGITEXMedical opened up its first branch office in the capital city of Rajasthan-Jaipur.

Some of these were HP High Acuity Cardiac Patient & Fetal Monitoring Systems, Agilent Resuscitation technologies and Electrocardiograms.
