Peripheral Vascular Diagnostic System

The Unetixs’ Revo® 1100 peripheral vascular diagnostic system enables you or your technologist to perform noninvasive, simultaneous bilateral ankle (or toe) brachial index (ABI or TBI) tests. The system’s dual-channel photoplethysmography (PPG) capability, incorporating easily applied PPG probes and digit clips, enables you to measure global ABI and TBI pressures without holding a probe. Its two-channel calibrated pulse-volume recording (C-PVR®) capability enables you to obtain bilateral waveforms simultaneously. Complete both PPG and C-PVR® tests within five minutes.

The compact Unetixs’ MultiLab® Series 2-CP peripheral vascular diagnostic system combines the acclaimed Unetixs MultiLab® Series II LHS technology with unprecedented portability for a fully configured, dual-channel system. The 2-CP generates all the same physiological studies of the larger system. The hard drive of this versatile system can store 50,000 studies.

Weighing only 18 pounds, the MultiLab® Series 2-CP is easily rolled from exam room to exam room on its optional system cart or transported to multiple locations in its rugged, rolling carrying case. For those who don’t want to compromise on quality results, it is the perfect mid-range system for a variety of clinical settings: the cardiologist’s, podiatrist’s, other specialist’s or primary care physician’s office as well as the vascular lab or mobile testing service.

As with the other Unetixs peripheral vascular diagnostic systems, calibrated pulse-volume recording (C-PVR®) provides definitive-quality waveforms. The system’s electronic cuff manifold with a 10-cuff simultaneous hookup and multi-port electronic cuff selector enables you to perform all studies quickly and easily. The software was designed with touch screen in mind, so the large, easily read touch controls are quick, convenient and highly functional. Moreover, an ergonomically designed remote control gives you complete control of the system without leaving the patient’s feet. As featured with other Unetixs systems, the MultiLab® Series 2-CP can be networked with Unetixs' VascuLink® networking and reporting software across local or wide area networks (LANs or WANs), and it is fully compatible with the digital imaging and communication in medicine (DICOM) and picture archiving and communications system (PACS) standards, making it Modality Work List-ready.

MultiLab Series II LHS

The World Standard in Peripheral Vascular Testing

The Unetixs’ MultiLab® Series II LHS peripheral vascular diagnostic system has become the world standard in peripheral vascular diagnostics. Designed to perform all standard noninvasive physiological arterial and venous studies, it is ideal for the vascular lab as well as the cardiologist’s, vascular surgeon’s or other physician’s office.

Calibrated pulse-volume recording (C-PVR®) provides definitive-quality waveforms. By keeping track of the volume as well as the pressure in the recording cuff, Unetixs put the volume back in pulse volume recording! This ensures much more accurate and reproducible waveforms for original diagnostic and post-interventional follow-up tests.

Dual-channel photoplethysmography (PPG) incorporating easily applied PPG clips speed your studies by providing dual-channel pressure testing of segmental arteries or digits. Full segmental studies can be performed in 20 to 25 minutes. The software was designed with touch screen in mind, so the large, easily read touch controls are quick, convenient and highly functional.
As popular as our large, easy-to-use touch screen controls are, users also love our remote control. It fits easily in the hand and has a magnetic back to keep it in place when not in use.
Integral to the system are easily customized test protocols and reporting features – with programming handled for the customer by the Unetixs representative. Our service department keeps records of all customer-customized procedures so service procedures remain efficient.

The MultiLab Series II LHS is compatible with the digital imaging and communication in medicine (DICOM) and picture archiving and communications system (PACS) standards. Among the DICOM/PACS benefits is your ability to minimize transcription errors with a Modality Work List that populates the system with demographic information for the day’s patient load. You also can coordinate patient care with colleagues by using Unetixs’ VascuLink® networking and reporting software to transmit the data across the hall, across the state or across the country.

MultiLab Series II LHS/IMG

Combining Physiological and Ultrasound Imaging in one Instrument.

Unetixs’ MultiLab® Series II LHS/IMG peripheral vascular diagnostic system is the only instrument that combines physiologic and ultrasound imaging, making it a great and affordable choice. Ideal for carotid, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), lower arterial, and other arterial and venous studies, the system provides a simultaneous triplex real-time display of two-dimensional, color Doppler and spectral Doppler images. Measurements and calculations are in two-dimensional, motion (M-mode), color, pulse wave and continuous wave Doppler modes.

Unetixs’ bidirectional 8 MHz and 5MHz TruDop® Doppler physiologic probes are standard with this system as is a rugged steel system cart. All other features are the same as those incorporated in the MultiLab® Series II LHS. The software was designed with touch screen in mind, so the large, easily read touch controls are quick, convenient and highly functional.

Compatible with DICOM III and PAC standards, the system is Modality Work List ready. the option for Unetixs’ non-contact infrared temperature instrument. Using this instrument for Raynaud temperature studies saves valuable time since no sensors are required to attach to each finger tip and temperature response is less than 1/3 second. As with Unetixs’ other vascular diagnostic systems, you can add Unetixs' VascuLink® networking and reporting software to coordinate patient care with colleagues across local or wide area networks (LANs or WANs).
