DIGITEXMedical guarantees annual warranty on all its products from the date of installation/commissioning of the purchased product. The equipment holds manufacturer warranty for 1 year and enclosed accessories incl. battery come with manufacturer warranty of 6 months from the date of DIGITEX invoice.

 

To avail warranty benefit, end-customers shall register their purchase with us online. In case, the end users do not register their products with us, they must present the warranty number to our customer service agent for breakdown support.
